• BS in Business Administration from Appalachian State University; 

• JD from Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University; and 

• Master of Accounting from Keenan-Flagler Business School, UNC Chapel Hill.

EXPERIENCE: 

• 1998-2001 - Deputy Legislative Counsel for Nevada State Legislature - drafted and edited legislation, statutes and administrative code.

• After moving back to NC in 2001, Ted worked with two local attorneys on real estate, business planning and estate planning matters.

• In 2003, Ted opened the practice as The Law Offices of Edward A. Johnson II and has since assisted thousands of clients with real estate, estate planning, estate administration, business planning and other legal matters.
